1) 🟦 افتتاح وتعريف

  • ترحيب سريع وتهيئة الجمهور.
  • شرح مختصر: ما هو Journal Club ولماذا نعمله؟
  • توضيح أهداف الجلسة: ماذا سنخرج منه اليوم؟ (مثلاً: تقييم ورقة علمية بشكل منهجي).

2) 🟧 قواعد قراءة الورقة العلمية بسرعة

نصيحة مهمة: لا تبدأ بالـ Abstract لتجنب الانحياز المسبق.

تسلسل القراءة المقترح:

  • العنوان + سؤال البحث
  • الجداول/الأشكال
  • النتائج
  • ثم المنهجية والتفاصيل

أسئلة ذهبية قبل الغوص:

  • ما المشكلة السريرية؟
  • ما الذي تغيّره هذه الورقة عمليًا؟

3) 🟩 تقديم الورقة محور النقاش

  • بيانات الورقة: العنوان، المؤلفون، المجلة، السنة.
  • لماذا هذه الورقة مهمة الآن؟
  • سؤال البحث بصيغة PICO:
    • Population
    • Intervention
    • Comparator
    • Outcome

4) 🟪 الخلفية العلمية المختصرة

  • مراجعة سريعة لما نعرفه سابقًا.
  • ما الفجوة المعرفية التي جاءت الورقة لتملأها؟
  • تعريف المصطلحات الأساسية اللازمة لفهم الورقة.

5) 🟥 تصميم الدراسة والمنهجية

  • نوع الدراسة: RCT / Cohort / Case-control / Meta-analysis… إلخ.
  • العينة:
    • معايير الإدخال والاستبعاد
    • عدد المشاركين وكيف تم اختيارهم
  • التدخل والمقارنة:
    • الجرعات/الإجراءات
    • مدة المتابعة
  • المخرجات:
    • Primary outcome
    • Secondary outcomes
  • الإحصاء:
    • هل هناك Power calculation؟
    • ما الاختبارات الإحصائية المستخدمة؟

6) 🟦 النتائج

  • خصائص العينة (Baseline) وهل المجموعات متشابهة؟
  • النتائج الأساسية بالأرقام (فرق/نِسب/متوسطات + CI و P-value إن وُجدت)
  • النتائج الثانوية
  • السلامة والآثار الجانبية + الانسحابات ولماذا
  • ما الرسالة التي تقولها الجداول والأشكال "فعليًا"؟

7) ⚫ النقد العلمي والتقييم (Critical Appraisal)

  • نقاط القوة
  • نقاط الضعف والانحيازات المحتملة:
    • اختيار العينة، التعمية، فقدان متابعة، confounding…
  • الدلالة:
    • إحصائية vs سريرية (هل الفرق مهم للمريض؟)

8) 🩷 الخلاصة العملية (Clinical Takeaways)

  • كيف ستغيّر النتائج القرار السريري؟
  • لمن تنطبق النتائج؟ ولمن لا تنطبق؟
  • ماذا ستفعل بشكل مختلف بعد هذه الورقة؟

9) 🟨 أسئلة ونقاش وخاتمة

  • أسئلة مقترحة للنقاش داخل الجلسة
  • رسائل نهائية مختصرة
  • اقتراح الورقة القادمة/الموضوع القادم
